Your subscription will remain in effect until it is canceled.

You may cancel your Subscribe & Save subscription(s) at any time* by logging into your personal account and clicking ‘Manage Subscription’. Cancelation will not affect Subscribe & Save orders for which you have already received a shipment confirmation.

*Subscriptions do have a required 2 order minimum on renewals before cancellation may occur.

The charge for each Subscribe & Save order shipment will be billed to the payment method used to create your subscription or as otherwise directed by you. The total cost charged to your payment method for each Subscribe & Save order will be for the interval you set up, on the day that order is processed less the Subscribe & Save discount, plus any applicable sales tax.

If a billing attempt fails on a renewal order, you will receive email correspondence to correct the issue. A payment attempt will go through every 24 hours to try and process the renewal until the transaction is successful. If there is no success after 7 days, the subscription is placed on hold and the renewal order will revert to “pending payment”. Card information may be updated at any time in your account.

You may skip or pause your Subscribe & Save subscription(s) at any time by logging into your personal account and clicking ‘Manage Subscription’. Please note that you are allowed to pause/suspend your subscription once per billing period. Modifications or pauses will not affect Subscribe & Save orders for which you have already received an order or shipment confirmation for.

“Sample” size items (single packs or two packs), and select single quantity products are not eligible products under the Subscribe & Save program.

To create a new subscription you need to select the Subscribe & Save 25% off option on the eligible product page, and add the item to your cart. You must also have an account with us. By submitting an order for the Subscribe & Save Product as described in The Hemp Doctor terms, and thereby selecting the Subscribe & Save option, you are subscribing to order the same Subscribe & Save Product regularly in accordance with the selected delivery schedule.
