Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

The Hemp Doctor Referral Program is open to individuals who are 21 years of age or older and reside in locations where hemp-derived products are legally permitted.
 Customers do not need an account to participate as a referrer or a referee.

The program is void where prohibited by law.

2. Referral Process

  • Participants may share their unique referral coupon code with friends, family, or their social communities, including on social media.

  • The referee (new customer) must be a first-time shopper who has never placed an order with The Hemp Doctor.

  • The referee must apply the referral coupon during their first purchase to receive their discount.

  • After the referee completes their first purchase using the referral code, The Hemp Doctor will send the referrer a 30% off coupon code (or the current referral reward available at the time).

3. Referral Limit

Each participant may earn rewards for up to 5 successful referrals.
 Once 5 qualifying referrals are completed, no additional referrer rewards will be issued—even if the code continues to be shared.

4. Discounts

Referee Discount (New Customer)

  • 20% off the referee’s first purchase

  • Does not expire until used

  • Cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, subscriptions, bundles, or coupon codes

Referrer Discount (Existing Participant)

  • A 30% off coupon code (or the current referral reward available at the time) will be issued after each qualifying referral (up to 5 total)

  • Valid on purchases of $20 or more before tax and shipping

  • Expires 30 days after issuance

  • Cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or coupon codes. Unless otherwise specified during special campaigns.

5. Definition of a “New Customer”

A referee is considered a new customer only if they:

  • Have never placed an order with The Hemp Doctor

  • Do not share the same email, phone number, payment method, device, IP address, shipping address, or billing address with an existing customer

  • Have not previously checked out as a guest

The Hemp Doctor may verify new-customer status prior to issuing rewards.

6. Fraud Prevention & Prohibited Activity

To maintain fairness and protect the program, the following activities are prohibited:

  • Self-referrals or creating multiple/fake accounts

  • Referrals originating from the same household, address, device, Wi-Fi network, or IP address

  • Use of disposable or temporary email addresses

  • Posting referral codes on coupon, deal, or discount websites

  • Using referral rewards for wholesale, bulk, or business purchases

  • Running paid ads to promote referral codes

  • Automated or deceptive tactics intended to manipulate the program

The Hemp Doctor may suspend participation, withhold rewards, or revoke issued coupons if misuse is detected.

7. Ordering Requirements

The referrer’s 30% off coupon code (or the current referral reward available at the time):

  • Requires a minimum purchase of $20, before tax and shipping

  • Cannot be applied to special discounted products, bundles, subscriptions, or gift cards

  • Cannot be combined with any other coupon, discount, or reward. Unless otherwise specified during special campaigns.

8. Compliance Requirements

Because The Hemp Doctor operates in a regulated industry:

  • Participants must be 21+

  • Referral rewards cannot be earned or redeemed in restricted jurisdictions

  • All purchases must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws

9. Communication & Delivery of Rewards

By participating, you agree to receive referral reward notifications and program-related communication via email.
 The Hemp Doctor is not responsible for undelivered messages caused by spam filters, inbox issues, or incorrect information.

10. Right to Modify or Terminate

The Hemp Doctor reserves the right to:

  • Review and audit referrals

  • Decline or revoke rewards for suspected fraud or misuse

  • Modify, pause, or terminate the Referral Program at any time

  • Determine eligibility and enforce referral limits

All decisions made by The Hemp Doctor are final.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Hemp Doctor is not responsible for:

  • Technical issues or system errors

  • Lost, misapplied, or expired referral codes

  • Program interruptions

  • Customer mistakes or misuse

Participation in the Referral Program is voluntary and at your own risk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of North Carolina.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in The Hemp Doctor Referral Program, you agree to all Terms & Conditions above.
