Before you place your order, we wanted to provide you with vital information about our processing and shipping times.

Current processing times: 2-7 business days from the time your order is placed. While orders are processing, no updates are sent until the order is booked for shipment. If you have an account, you should be able to view the status there!

Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm. We are closed on weekends and major holidays. Orders placed within 24 hours will not go out the next day to allow customers time to cancel or alter any information on the order.

Shipping times also vary depending on the service selected at checkout and are separate from processing times.

*Please note that we are responsible for providing you with your tracking information once your order has been booked. Orders are taken to the local USPS/UPS facilities at the end of each business day prior to being transferred to the main distribution hubs. We kindly ask that you allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates once your order has been booked. If there are any oddities on the tracking information during transit, this would be due to an error from the shipping service. We are only provided with the same tracking details as our customers!*
