Current processing times: 2-5 business days from the time your order is placed. Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. We are closed on weekends and major holidays. Packages are booked for shipment from approximately 9:30am to 4:30pm, then they are transferred to the post office!

Since we ship out packages, we rely upon our shipping providers to deliver your package once it has left our facility. Our responsibility ends once the package is delivered to the carrier service. They often face an influx of packages during the holidays/busy seasons, or during severe weather, so please understand that delays may occur. Shipping times also vary depending on the service selected at checkout; processing and shipping times are separate. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding!

As soon as your package is booked for shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once it is scanned in at the shipping facility. Then you can let the count down to bliss begin, we hope you enjoy! 🙂
